Monitor+ Enabling Self Maintenance: Designed for either maintenance service providers, or companies with trained technical staff, Monitor provides a proactive support infrastructure that reduces much of risk traditionally assumed with self-support programs. Risk is reduced by proactive monitoring and other features describe in Monitor.

- Remote technical assistance is available 24x7 via dual Network Operation Centers in Denver and Atlanta.
- Replacement parts (local inventory in major markets)
- Field technical support for on-site corrective action within 4 hours for "Majors" and next day for "Minors".
The Full Service plan incorporates the monitoring and collaboration tools described in Monitor+. From case studies, Client organizations report the following:
